Cancellation Policy

Private Pilot Oral Readiness – Booking Policy By booking or participating in this service, the client agrees to Volyra’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all applicable training policies. This service is intended for educational and preparatory purposes only and is designed to help students improve their understanding of FAA Private Pilot oral exam topics, aviation knowledge, scenario-based discussions, and checkride readiness. Participation in this program does not guarantee: * FAA checkride success, * FAA certificate issuance, * passing results, * instructor endorsements, * employment opportunities, * or approval by a Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE). Students remain solely responsible for meeting all FAA requirements, maintaining proficiency, preparing independently, and obtaining endorsements from their certificated flight instructor when applicable. Volyra does not provide FAA-certified flight instruction through this service unless explicitly stated. This program should not replace official FAA publications, flight instruction, or guidance from a certificated instructor. Sessions may include mock oral evaluations, scenario discussions, ACS topic review, and study guidance. Educational materials and discussions are provided “as-is” for training support purposes. Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct during all sessions. Volyra reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or dishonest behavior. Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”), may result in a $30 cancellation/no-show fee. Due to the educational and time-based nature of this service, completed sessions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Volyra, Alea One Group LLC, instructors, affiliates, contractors, volunteers, and associated individuals from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in this program. By proceeding with payment or participation, the client confirms acceptance of these conditions.
