Flight School Consulting – Booking Policy By purchasing or booking this service through Volyra, the client acknowledges and agrees to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy available on this website. This consulting service is intended to provide educational guidance, general aviation mentorship, and informational support related to flight training pathways, FAA processes, flight school selection, and aviation preparation. Volyra and its contributors do not guarantee: * Flight school acceptance or admission * FAA written exam results * FAA practical test (checkride) results * TSA or visa approval * Medical certificate approval * Pilot certificate issuance * Employment opportunities * Immigration outcomes * Specific training timelines or costs All aviation training outcomes depend on multiple factors outside the control of Volyra, including individual performance, regulatory requirements, school policies, FAA standards, instructor evaluations, medical eligibility, and government processes. Clients are solely responsible for: * Verifying official FAA requirements * Confirming school policies and tuition * Maintaining legal immigration status * Meeting TSA, FAA, and medical eligibility requirements * Making final decisions regarding their aviation training Consulting sessions are educational in nature and should not be interpreted as legal, immigration, financial, or medical advice. By proceeding with a booking, the client confirms that they understand and accept these conditions. -Cancellation & Refunds- Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be non-refundable. Due to the digital and consultative nature of this service, completed sessions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
