Service Description
Participate in hands-on and classroom-based drone training focused on FAA Part 107 knowledge, operational safety, and real-world flight applications. Students may bring their own drones and/or RC aircraft for practical exercises. Training drones may be provided by Volyra during select sessions, subject to availability.

Drone FAA UAS Part 107 Theory & Hands-On – Booking Policy By booking or participating in this service, the client agrees to Volyra’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and all safety requirements associated with this program. This course is for educational purposes only and may include FAA Part 107 theory instruction, hands-on drone familiarization, operational demonstrations, and RC aircraft activities. Participation does not guarantee FAA exam success, certification issuance, employment opportunities, waiver approvals, or flight proficiency. Participants are responsible for complying with all FAA regulations, local laws, Remote ID requirements, airspace restrictions, and safe operating practices. Students may bring personal drones and/or RC aircraft. Participants are fully responsible for their own equipment, registration status, batteries, insurance, and operational compliance. Subject to availability, Volyra may provide training drones during select sessions. Drone operations involve inherent risks. By participating, clients voluntarily assume all risks related to drone and RC aircraft activities, including but not limited to property damage, flyaways, signal loss, battery incidents, personal injury, third-party injury, or equipment damage. Participants may be financially responsible for damages caused through negligence, misuse, reckless behavior, failure to follow instructions, or unsafe operation. Damage to property belonging to Volyra, Alea One Group LLC, instructors, affiliates, contractors, or associated individuals — including drones, batteries, controllers, cameras, replacement parts, tools, or training equipment — may become the responsibility of the participant determined to have caused the damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Volyra, Alea One Group LLC, affiliates, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and associated individuals from claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, expenses, or legal actions arising from participation in this program. Additional waivers may be required before hands-on activities. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be non-refundable. By proceeding with payment or participation, the client confirms acceptance of these conditions.
